Data Deletion
How to remove Trisgine Play from your Facebook or Instagram account and have the data we hold about your connected accounts deleted.
What we delete
Every connected social account and its access tokens.
The posts you published through us and their status on each network.
The reactions and comments we fetched for those posts.
Posts already on Facebook, Instagram or another network stay there under your control; delete them on the network if you want them gone.
Remove the app on Facebook
1. On Facebook open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business integrations (for Pages) or Apps and websites.
3. Find Trisgine Play and choose Remove.
4. Facebook tells us the app was removed, and we delete the data above within 30 days.
Remove the app on Instagram
1. On Instagram open Settings, then Apps and websites.
2. Find Trisgine Play and choose Remove.
3. This ends our access to the account. To have the data above deleted as well, disconnect the account in the store or ask us as described below.
Disconnect in the store
Signed in, open your company, then its Social tab, and press Disconnect beside the account. Its token, posts and reactions are deleted from our systems at once.
Ask us to delete
Write to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", from the e-mail address of your Trisgram account, and name the Page or account. We confirm the request and delete the data within 30 days.
Deleting your whole account
To delete your Trisgram account and everything in the store with it, write to [email protected]. We do it within one month of your request. Data we must keep by law (such as accounting records) is kept only for as long as required.
Deleting the account also deletes the game reports sent under each game’s player ID and your choices about game data. Each player ID is worked out from your Trisgram account number, and the store keeps a record of which player ID belongs to which account number. Deleting the account deletes that record too. The account number itself stays on the records we must keep by law, such as the accounting records of your orders, only for as long as required. Of the reports themselves only anonymous statistics remain, built so that individual players cannot be picked out of them.
