How to tell us about illegal content on Trisgine Play - a game, a game page, a news post, a review or a studio page - and how we handle it, under the EU Digital Services Act.
What you can report
Content you believe is illegal under EU or Czech law, such as an infringement of copyright or trademark, hate speech, a scam, or content harmful to children.
Content that breaks our Terms of Service.
How to report
Write to [email protected] with:
1. The exact address (URL) of the content, and which part of it you mean.
2. Why you believe it is illegal or breaks our terms.
3. Your name and e-mail address (not needed when reporting child sexual abuse material).
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete.
You may write in Czech or English.
What happens next
We confirm that we received your report and look at it without undue delay, diligently and objectively.
We tell you what we decided. If we remove or restrict the content, we tell the person who published it what we did and why, unless the law forbids it.
We use no automated decisions on reports; a person decides.
If you disagree
Whether you reported the content or published it, you may ask us to review the decision within six months by writing to [email protected]. You may also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or to the courts.
