Using the store

You may use the store if you can enter a binding contract where you live, or with the agreement of your parent or guardian, who then accepts these terms for you. Turning on optional game data has its own age limit, set out under Children in the Privacy Policy. If you use the store for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

Your account

You sign in with a Trisgram account. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think somebody else is using it.

Games and purchases

Games are provided by their developers. A game in your library is licensed to you for personal use, not sold. A product key may be redeemed once.

Reports from games

Games you play through the store and the Trisgine Play app may send error and crash reports and, only with your consent, hardware and system details and usage statistics, as the Privacy Policy describes. You choose under Settings → Privacy & data, and turning any of them off never limits what you can play.

Developers

If you publish games or news, you confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload and that it is lawful. We may review, hide or remove content that breaks these terms or the law. Reports of illegal content are handled as Report Content describes, and a developer whose content we remove or restrict is told what and why.

Player data for developers

As a developer you receive the reports your games send: errors and crashes, crash dumps where your game sends them, and, where players allowed it, hardware and system details and usage statistics. Players appear in reports only under a pseudonymous player ID, different in every game, that only we can link to their account. The people who run your game in the store also see which Trisgram accounts own it, redeemed its keys or reviewed it, and statistics made from the play sessions of all its players: players per day, session lengths, play time, hours of the day, platforms and versions, naming no account.

For the player data you receive you are a controller under data protection law, separate from us: you decide how you use it within these terms and you are responsible for that use.

You may use this data only to find and fix faults and to improve your game. You must not try to find out who a player is, including by matching player IDs with the accounts you see in your game’s grants, keys or reviews, combine the data with other data to do so or link player IDs across games, and you must not sell the data or pass it on, except to people working on the game for you under the same duties.

Your game must not put personal data into reports itself, such as names, e-mail addresses, chat messages or text a player typed. Crash dumps may contain whatever your game held in memory: treat them as personal data, download them only to find the cause of a crash and delete your copies once you have.

Raw reports are kept for 90 days and crash dumps for 30 days; after that you see only anonymous statistics. Keep any data you copy out of the store only as long as you need it for these purposes, and never longer than 90 days.

Social publishing

When you connect a social account you allow us to publish on it what you compose in the store and to read the reactions to it. You are responsible for that content and for following each network's own terms.

A network may refuse, delay or remove a post, or revoke our access; we cannot guarantee that a post appears. You can disconnect an account at any time.

What is not allowed

Do not break the law, infringe anybody's rights, send spam, try to get around access controls or disturb the service or other people's use of it.

Liability

We provide the store as it is and do our best to keep it available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You may stop using the store and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by Czech law, and disputes are decided by the courts of the Czech Republic. A consumer keeps the protection that the mandatory law of the country where they live gives them.
